How do I find out who my photographer is?

Once your booking is confirmed, a photographer is assigned within 24 hours and their name and contact details are sent to you by email.

Can I choose the exact location for the shoot?

Yes — you agree the location directly with your photographer. They can advise on what works well for the light and style you want, but the choice is yours.

How many photos will I receive?

A one-hour session includes 15 edited high-resolution photos; a two-hour session includes 20. You browse the full set on an online gallery and select the images you want edited.

How long until I can download my photos?

Within 24 hours of the shoot you will receive an email alert when the gallery is ready. Once you have made your selections, the edited files are available to download.

Can we visit more than one location during the session?

It is possible, but not recommended — travel time between spots eats into your shooting time. One well-chosen location tends to produce better results.

Does one booking really cover a group of six?

Yes. A single adult booking is priced as one photo session for up to six people, so there is no need to book separately for each member of your group.
