Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Your ticket is delivered to your phone and can be scanned directly from your screen at the entrance.

Is there a last entry time I should know about?

Yes — last admission is 2 hours before the attraction closes, so plan your arrival accordingly and check the day's closing time when you book.

Is the attraction wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The World of Coca-Cola has lifts and step-free access throughout most areas, making it suitable for wheelchair users and pushchairs.

My child is under 3 — do I need to book a ticket for them?

Children under 3 years old are admitted free of charge and do not need a separate ticket.

Can I bring food or drinks inside?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the attraction. There is a tasting experience included as part of your visit.

What happens at the security check on arrival?

All bags are subject to a standard security screening at the entrance — similar to an airport-style check. It is quick but factor in a few extra minutes, especially during busy periods.
