Frequently asked questions
Does this ticket let me skip all the queues inside the aquarium?
No. Fast track entry lets you bypass the ticketing window and go straight to the security check at the main entrance. Once inside, normal queues for exhibits and presentations apply.
How do I get a seat for the dolphin or sea lion show?
Timed reservations for both presentations are made onsite — look for QR code signs around the aquarium to book your preferred slot. Seating within the shows is first-come, first-served.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your mobile ticket is scanned directly from your phone at the entrance. There is no need to print anything.
Is the aquarium suitable for very young children?
Yes. Children under 3 enter free of charge. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers are welcome provided they are within the size limits (max 28 in wide, 52 in long).
Can I take photos inside?
Photography without flash is permitted throughout the general exhibits. Cameras and phones are not allowed to be used during the live animal presentations.
What is the difference between the Standard and Peak Date tickets?
Both give the same fast track general admission. Peak Date tickets are priced for high-demand dates such as school holidays and weekends — check the ticket options when booking to select the date that applies to your visit.
