No. Your ticket is not valid on UAE public holidays, and some holidays may be announced at short notice.

Are children admitted free?

Children under 3 years old enter free of charge. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

What is the difference between the Admission and Explorer tickets?

The standard Admission ticket covers general zoo entry. The Explorer ticket includes additional access or activities — review the options at checkout to choose what suits your group.

Can my child use the Zoo Zip or climbing activities?

The Zoo Zip and Big Climb require a minimum height of 140 cm. A Junior Climb option is available for children between 110 and 135 cm. The Driving Adventure is for children aged 6 to 12 only, with a maximum of two laps per day.
